Terms of Sale

1. Purpose and scope

2. Products

2.2 The Seller reserves the right to change its product catalog at any time.

2.3 Product images shown on the site are for illustration only. Because we distribute internationally and manage several logistics stocks, the packaging, design, labeling or certain presentation details of a product may occasionally differ from the photographs shown on the site. These differences have no effect on the formula, quality, characteristics, composition or effectiveness of the product ordered.

3. Orders

3.2 The Customer is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided when ordering.

4. Prices

6. Delivery

7. Right of withdrawal

7.1 In accordance with applicable law, the Customer has 14 days from receipt of the product to exercise the right of withdrawal.

7.2 The product must be returned in its original packaging and in perfect condition. Return shipping costs are paid by the Customer.

8. Warranty

8.1 Products are covered by the legal warranty of conformity and the warranty against hidden defects, in accordance with applicable law.

8.2 To make a warranty claim, the Customer must contact customer service within 14 days of discovering the defect.

9. Liability

9.1 The Seller cannot be held liable for direct or indirect damage resulting from use of the products.

9.2 The Seller's liability is in all cases limited to the total amount of the order.

10. Governing law and jurisdiction

10.1 These Terms of Sale are governed by French law.

10.2 In the event of a dispute, the courts with jurisdiction over the Seller's registered office have exclusive jurisdiction.
